This study aimed explore the in early adolescents using qualitative methods. Respondents consisted 22 boys and 45 girls aged 12 15 years. instrument open-ended questionnaire about meanings, objects, forms expression, along with affective sides gratitude. Data were analyzed thematic analysis. result this indicated interpreted by represented four major categories, namely thanking praising God, accepting, enjoying, appreciating. object gifts valuable academic achievements, social relations. Whereas expressions expressed praying, verbalizing, worshiping developing oneself, doing positive things others. These finding for Indonesia is closely related divinity morals but still intact characteristics development.
